  • Leakage with coughing, sneezing and exercises can be the cause of poor pelvic floor control or strength or just poor management of the pressure in the body. We can teach you tricks and help gain control over these leaks and strengthening exercises to give you back control.

POSTURE AND NECK PAIN

  • With the change in pace of life and the body in general during and after pregnancy, we can lose our proper posture and this can create back pain and neck pain. Nursing or feeding and holding the baby more can cause our back to be more rounded and tight muscles.

Pelvic floor muscles can be affected from the growing baby during pregnancy, during labor, or delivery and may be to blame for the pain. Scars and hormones can also be to blame for changes in sexual desires and pleasure.
