Hey Ladies of Wilson County — we've got a great event lined up for you at Rise.

The Perimenopause Reset - Movement Medicine Empowerment


We are bringing in two local doctors, experts, and moms to empower you to take on perimenopause.

Hot Flashes, Brain Fog, Low Libido, Mood Shifts, Lack of Sleep - and so much more…

These are just SOME of the changes ladies go through during perimenopause.

But it also affects your joints, muscles, and overall strength.


Our first expert is Dr. Kelly Ehlert, local mom and owner of Priority Physical Therapy. She will lead you through a short pelvic floor activation drill and some of the best bang for your buck exercises you can do to help you take the fight to perimenopause.


Our second expert is Dr. Jenny Pfleghaar, a board certified integrative physician and author of the book Perimenopause Reset. She is on a mission to help 500,000 women thrive during this life transition.


At this event you will get —

  • An action magnet that will help put your takeaways into practice

Priority Physical Therapy is offering 45-minute sessions for diagnostic testing, physical therapy, cupping, joint mobilizations, facial release, specific recommendations on programming and dry needling—conveniently located inside the Rise Strength and Conditioning facility. These sessions are designed to provide pain relief, help you identify key problem areas, and give you focused strategies you can continue working on with your coaches in the gym.

If you’re dealing with movement dysfunction or noticing faults in your lifts, we can also break down your technique and help identify what may be contributing to your pain or limitations.

Available: Friday 1/23/26 from 8:00-12:30

... it just needs some very simple exercises and a little know how to help you learn how to properly use it!

Our understanding of how the Pelvic Floor functions has come a long way. It's not just kegles and squeezing tight anymore!
