The B4 Blueprint: Postpartum Recovery Reset is a 6-week, hands-on small group designed by two Doctors of Physical Therapy who specialize in pelvic health, postpartum recovery, and full-body strength.

This isn’t just a workout class.

This is rehab the way it should’ve been done in the first place with emphasis on FUNCTIONAL strength, movements and even return to Crossfit/running goals if needed.

Restore rib mobility, pressure management, and diaphragm-pelvic floor coordination.

Reconnect to deep core muscles, reduce doming, and retrain true abdominal support.

B = Back

Strengthen the spine, load tolerance, and posture through functional movement.

B = Bum

Build hip and glute strength to support the pelvic floor and whole-body stability.

Everything we teach is evidence-based, gentle, progressive, and tailored to real mom life.

  • Hip, back, and posture strengthening
