Still Hurt After Months of Generic PT?
Most physical therapy clinics rush you through 20-minute sessions, hand you off to an aide, and follow a protocol built for a diagnosis — not for you. If you've been stuck on the same exercises for weeks with no real answers, you're not alone.
You're Treated Like a Number
Big-box PT chains double- and triple-book their schedule. You're rotated through shared time, supervised by aides, and given cookie-cutter exercises that don't address the real root cause of your pain.
Insurance Drives Your Plan
When a payer controls your care, visits get cut before you're ready. You hit your authorized limit, the pain returns, and you're back to square one — frustrated and no closer to your goals.
No One Looks at the Whole Picture
Your back pain, pelvic floor, running form, and post-surgical recovery are all connected. Fragmented, siloed care misses the patterns that matter — and leaves you cycling through treatments that don't stick.
Why Mt. Juliet Chooses Priority Physical Therapy
Priority Physical Therapy was built as the alternative to conveyor-belt PT. Every visit is a full 60 minutes, one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy who knows your name, your history, and your goals. Our self-pay model means your plan of care is driven entirely by what your body needs — not by what an insurance company will authorize. HSA and FSA payments are welcome, and we provide a superbill for reimbursement.
• Full 60-minute, one-on-one sessions with a DPT — no aides, no shared time, ever
• Cash-based and self-pay model with HSA/FSA eligibility and superbill provided
• Advanced treatments including dry needling, StemWave shockwave therapy, blood flow restriction training, cupping, and myofascial release
"Within about 6 weeks, I was back to running — pain free! I've been VERY impressed with the results, Kelly's breadth of knowledge, and the reliability of her process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you want to get back to what you were doing and see real results in half the time of big corp PT chains."
Getting Back to Full Strength Is a Clear 3-Step Process
Step 1: Book Your Evaluation
Schedule your first 60-minute one-on-one session. Your Doctor of Physical Therapy will perform a comprehensive movement screen, identify the root cause of your pain or limitation, and listen to your full story — no rushing, no interruptions.
Step 2: Get Your Personalized Plan
You'll leave your first visit with a clear, individualized plan of care built around your body, your goals, and your life. From dry needling and manual therapy to running gait analysis and pelvic floor rehab, every treatment has a purpose you'll understand.
Step 3: Return to the Life You Love
Whether you're returning to sport, running again, chasing your kids, or simply moving without pain, we'll get you there with hands-on care, digital home programming, and a team that stays in your corner every step of the way.

5-Star Results from Mt. Juliet Patients
85 Google reviews. Perfect 5.0 rating. Real outcomes.
"Kelly at Priority Physical Therapy is amazing! I first went in for postpartum pelvic floor therapy but she didn't solely evaluate that. As an athlete, she looked at my overall movement and posture, and made suggestions tailored to my physique to help my lifts improve. It was by far the most comprehensive evaluation of my body that's ever been done. She gets it."
Claire J. — Postpartum & Athletic Recovery
"I've been to other physical therapy offices where I felt like I was on a conveyor belt — just one of many people being attended to. With Kelly, I get individual attention. The appointments don't have to take as long, because she's focused on one person at a time. Once you've worked with Kelly, you won't want to work with any other physical therapist again!"
Pamela W. — One-on-One, Individualized Care
"I dealt with heel pain for months, thinking it was plantar fasciitis. It wasn't. Took her 5 mins to tell me it was a nerve. After the first visit and exercises — 80%+ pain gone. This place and these people truly care and are knowledgeable."

Your Questions, Answered
Everything you need to know before booking your first visit at Priority Physical Therapy in Mt. Juliet.
Do you accept insurance?
Priority Physical Therapy is a self-pay, cash-based practice. We do not bill insurance directly. This model allows us to build your plan of care around what your body actually needs — not around what a payer will authorize. We accept HSA and FSA payments and provide a detailed superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. For many patients with high deductibles, our model is comparable in out-of-pocket cost to a co-pay-based plan — with significantly better outcomes.
What is sports physical therapy, and is it only for elite athletes?
Sports physical therapy uses advanced, movement-based techniques to treat injuries, restore function, and optimize performance for anyone with an active lifestyle — not just competitive athletes. Whether you're a runner, a CrossFit member, a weekend hiker, or a new mom returning to the gym, sports physical therapy in Mt. Juliet at Priority PT is designed to get you back to the activities you love at full capacity.
How long are sessions, and will I always see the same therapist?
Every session is a full 60 minutes, one-on-one with your Doctor of Physical Therapy. You will never share your session time with another patient, and you will never be handed off to an aide or assistant. Your DPT is with you for every minute of every visit.
Do you offer home visits or virtual appointments?
Yes. In addition to in-office visits at our Mt. Juliet clinic inside The Therapy Gym, we offer in-home visits and virtual online coaching sessions — ideal for postpartum patients, post-surgical clients, or anyone with limited mobility or a busy schedule.
What conditions and injuries do you treat?
We treat a wide range of conditions including sports injuries, running pain, knee and back pain, sciatica, SI joint dysfunction, post-surgical rehab, pelvic floor dysfunction, stress incontinence, diastasis recti, postpartum recovery, prenatal discomfort, BPPV and vertigo, headaches, and more. If you're unsure whether we can help, call us — we're happy to talk through your situation before you book.
What is dry needling, and does it hurt?
Dry needling uses a thin monofilament needle inserted into a trigger point in muscle tissue to release tension, improve blood flow, and restore movement. Most patients feel an initial twitch response followed by significant relief. Results are often seen immediately after the first session. Both Dr. Kelly and Dr. Tiffany are certified dry needling therapists.
